How will my order ship?
All orders are shipped via UPS.
What if I can't find what I need?
How do I return or exchange my order?
Please contact us at email@example.com with the reason for the return, order number, and contact information. If the return is approved, a RMA will be issued, which must be included with the return. If the RMA is not included with the return, credit will not be issued.
Can I cancel my order?
All special orders (including doors) cannot be canceled once placed and will not be refunded. Please see return policy for all other orders.
